Spain printing and delivery issue

I had an order for a print from a customer in Spain. All went through fine via Etsy and PrintShrimp platforms, although the delivery took a little longer but that was down to an issue with the customer's address.

However, despite me stating that I want all of my prints to be processed as Matte, the print was printed in Gloss. And instead of being rolled in a sturdy tube as per PrintShrimp standards, the print was sent in corrugated cardboard which had the risk of the corners being damaged in transit from the printers in Germany.

I have asked the buyer to send me photos of all of this, but any recommendations on next steps?
