I had an order for a print from a customer in Spain. All went through fine via Etsy and PrintShrimp platforms, although the delivery took a little longer but that was down to an issue with the customer's address. However, despite me stating that I want all of my prints to be processed as Matte, the print was printed in Gloss. And instead of being rolled in a sturdy tube as per PrintShrimp standards, the print was sent in corrugated cardboard which had the risk of the corners being damaged in transit from the printers in Germany. I have asked the buyer to send me photos of all of this, but any recommendations on next steps?

Buyer gave me 3/5 star because although he liked the print , he should have ordered a bigger size. This is a crazy readon to give a mediocre review - any suggestions on next steps ?

hey guys, just wondering if anyone can help me with this and what I need to do with it! I don’t quite understand how I share it with the courrier!! if anyone’s dealt with this before I’ve never had this on any of my sales!!

I have a couple of UK orders of A3 prints that have been sent out and the portal has given the Royal Mail tracking codes – which automatically got added to Etsy. But when I check via the tracking neither actually shows anything, basically the Royal Mail portal doesn't do anything. Anyone else seeing this?
