Sample Order is quite dark

Hey all :) I placed a sample order last week and it arrived for me today. I noticed that the print (on the right) is quite dark in comparison to the what I created in Affinity Designer? (on the left) 🙂 I've included an image so you can see. Is there something I'm meant to be doing to get a better result?
