Questions about Shopify
Hello :) I'm currently in the process of adding posters to my shopify store. However, I'm unsure on how to set up adding a poster correctly. As you can see I added all the size variants that I wanted, which is good. For the shipping section at the bottom, when I tick "This is a physical product", it asks me to specify the weight? And the country code of origin and a 'HS' code? Also I saw there is a API Integration option on the Printshrimp website. Am I able to somehow connect to my Shopify store to Printshrimp that would make this process a bit easier? :) Thanks Matt

Sample Order is quite dark
Hey all :) I placed a sample order last week and it arrived for me today. I noticed that the print (on the right) is quite dark in comparison to the what I created in Affinity Designer? (on the left) 🙂 I've included an image so you can see. Is there something I'm meant to be doing to get a better result? Thanks!

@Deleted Hey Mihai :) No you're not interfering at all! And yeah all of my files were converted to CMYK Colours :) I honestly thought all of the designs had to be saved in CMYK first before uploading to the portal. I'll definitely convert it back to RGB and doing another test print. (I hope that fixes it because that would save me time having to convert everything haha)

@Deleted Yeah I'll absolutely let you know. I've just updated the image so it now it's RBG. I'm gonna re-upload it to Printshrimp and order it again. Should hopefully arrive next friday 🙂👍

Reminder - Link Your SKU's to Your File Names!
Hey guys, We are working very hard behind the scenes to bring you Etsy integration! We are not far off now :D We think it will be one of the first of it's kind, as there will be next to no set up involved to begin using integration BUT This is if your SKU's within Etsy match up to your file names! If this is the case - once you've uploaded your posters to PrintShrimp you will be able to log on to all of your open orders ready to ship. We will work on something to help those of you that have SKUs that do not match your file names HOWEVER, if you are still starting out, just a reminder to link your SKUs to what your files are called! It will pay off when integration is live :D

Thanks for this Tom 🙂 So how would the integration work exactly? Would it be like we add posters to your portal and then from your portal we're able to publish it to Etsy? Or will Printshrimp just read what orders come in from Etsy? Also on a separate note, when adding a poster to Printshrimp, what happens if I add a design that has a 2:3 Ratio into the 11:17 slot? Will Printshrimp automatically stretch out the image to fit 11:17? I'm just trying to think of ways to speed up the creation process. So I can easily create an image that I like and resize to other ratios. But let's say I'm unable to automatically re-size to 11:17, would I always need to manually resize it to work with that ratio? Or will printshrimp do the heavy lifting and stretch it out? Because this would save people a ton of time uploading 🙂 Thanks 🙂

Bad review
Unfortunately i received my first bad review last night. The customer said quality was bad and likened the thickness to a piece of paper. The size was an 8x10”. They haven’t requested a refund but said will most likely just throw away in the review. Any ideas on what’s best to do in this situation?

@Deleted Hey 🙂 Wouldn't taking longer than 24 hours potentially hurt your account? Personally I agree with you about taking a couple of days, I just thought Etsy would negatively effect your account if you do 🙂
