Refund request
Has anyone dealt with a situation like this on Etsy?
I’ve had 117 orders and this is my first refund request. The customer received a poster on 26 May and has now opened a help request on 9 June (today) asking for a refund, but hasn’t actually explained the reason yet.
I’ve replied asking them to explain the issue and provide photos if there’s a problem with the print.
Just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and how you handled them. Did it turn out to be a genuine issue, buyer’s remorse, or something else?
