Hi, I'm interested in switching to PrintShrimp, a few questions if the community/mods can help please?

1) GSPR - Looking at some other providers like Gelato I see they provide the details of an EU Responsible Person (required for selling into EU&NI). Is there such a thing for PrintShrimp? I appreciate its down to the seller to be compliant, but I'm looking to move away from printing in-house to POD to unlock EU/US & ROW.

2) Paper Quality - Is it 200gsm minimum, meaning customers may receive higher GSM paper? I only sell matte but don't see an option in the order flow to specify anything in regards to paper weight?

3) Returns - How are returns handled in the event of rejected or undelivered items? Is it the local printer address?
