How much to charge?

Hi everyone, this might me stupid or gone over before but how do you charge? I notice etsy offers different prices for UK, USA and then ROW. But PrintShrimp offers major different prices for example Canda is £9.49 and South Africa (where im from and where friends and family will order from) is £4.99 and theres no way to make those prices different. These prices are for an A5 print.

For Etsys ROW would i make my base cost 9.49 and add my mark up on top of that and if someone orders from South Africa i just make a lot more profit? Has has everyone else priced their posters using PrintShrimp?
