Help changing new image over

Hi guys I'm wondering if i can get some help please as i think I might have messed this up!

So i just want to load a new image to replace an existing listing on PS. Ive copied the SKU from Etsy and matched it in the new image in PS after loading in. The new image is actually sitting in my Print Files in PS with the right SKU but the listing is not updating!! Am i doing something wrong? Iam a bit panicky must admit! lol
