Can someone offer me some advice on What to do next so I’m not out of pocket.
Message from customer:
“You need help with: An item is different from what I expected
Your ideal resolution: return
Note for seller: The rugby ball in the print just seems a little big and not to scale with the rest of the image. I’d like to return the item.”
The print is the exact same as it is on the listing. Any suggestions on how I get this sorted?
