Hi So as much as I want to keep costs down whist starting up I do understand that all small business do incur some costs, and its about spending wisely, I will be using AI to help me with my designs but am unsure which to use. I have the free version of Canva but i'm not a fan, I was thinking about either Artisry or Midjourney but really don't know enough about either of them so looking for some advice on which is the best and most user friendly. Ok so I have generated the images, bulk loaded, created the mock ups, included a video (which i am amazed I manged to create) and exported to etsy. They are now in my drafts and I am scared to death of publishing them! Please tell me this is normal!!!

Ok so on the back of my elation at making sales I now have someone complaining about the print quality of the poster they received. I know from previous that Etsy prefer and enforce a refund if the customer wants one. Has anyone here had successful pushback and if so how did you achieve it?

Ok I’ll shut up after this. I was at a Cure concert last night and got the ‘Ker-ching’ on my phone. Had a look and someone from Coventry had bought a 18x24 framed poster for £114.99. Paid Printshrimp £43.99 this morning and thats it being sorted. A few weeks ago I was a novice beginner so I’m sharing this to convince you beginners that sales will come. Maybe slowly at first, but they will come. All the best.

I woke up this morning to another poster going to Australia this time at £49 thank you. Yesterday it was Germany. First one was Milton Keynes. Took me 2 minutes to pay Printshrimp and thats all I had to do. Everything else is automated. Onwards and upwards!
