Favourites not turning into sales

Just thought I’d ask people’s opinions on this. I’ve had loads of people marking some of my posters as favourites but have had 0 sales last couple weeks. My current sale across the entire shop (25%!!) is more than the favourite discount (10%), you’d think this would entice buyers.

Maybe the favourite discount should be higher for when there is no sale on. Just looking to get sales quantity up at the moment.
