first thought - your primary image - the poster needs to fill more of the space, otherwise its too small and people may pass by it quickly. I originally thought the same as @Susannah Bulpin but then I decided to keep some mockups with borders as long as the listing clearly indicates it doesn't come with borders (by which I mean physical frame borders not part of the actual printed poster). I have some listings where the print contains a border within it, which is a different scenario.
Etsy shop review?
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to quickly look at my shop and give some critique or tell me what I'm doing well. I only have 6 listings so far, so would greatly appreciate some advice before I carry on doing anything suboptimal. Thanks so much https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/MJMythicPrints

Cool pics - first thing I notice is that there is too much space around your primary image. the poster needs to be bigger so the customer can see it clearly when browsing.
Roadmap - Search by part of title - clarity for users on functionality
Currently in the Printshrimp portal in 'My Print Files / My Products' the search bar at first glance seems to only function on matches using the first x characters of a product title. So if you have a product called 'Soccer Ball Print' and you type in the search bar 'Ball', that specific entry won't appear. If you type in 'Soccer' then all the listings that start with 'Soccer' appear. It would be more user friendly to be able to type in a part of a title and have it act as a 'like' rather than a 'start with' simply because if you have a load of listings and only remember part of the title then trying to find a particular product is more time consuming. Having said that, using a wildcard does work. So if you type in the search '*Ball' then you would retrieve all listings that have 'Ball' in the title. The symbol % also works as a wildcard. However you'd have to figure that out on your own because the current page doesn't tell the user this functionality. Quick win approach --> put an info box or pop up or small bit of text on the existing page indicating the ability to use wildcards.
16x24" - 40x60cm - Sizing question from customer
A customer ordered three of these sizes - these sizes are the ones uploaded by PrintShrimp. The customer has asked "I ordered 60x40cm so I’m not sure why they’ve been made bigger into 16x24 inch’s" . I'm a little confused as to whats happened here. "16x24" - 40x60cm" is what printshrimp puts in the Etsy listing upload, I then upload 24x36in which then cascades down to 16x24in and 12x18in in the tool. The customer sent pictures showing they are 16x24 including the shipping reference document from the printer which says 16x24. They are basically too big when the customer is expecting 40x60cm

@Mihai Volintiriu thanks. Not something I’m willing to accept as its customer impacting which could have a further impact on my shop status and/or reviews… not to mention just another task to deal with that could potentially have been avoided. I’ve raised the issue with PS so would liked to understand this from their side and how to approach going forward. many thanks.

With the usual top notch support from the team, listings could indicate something to the extent of USA, UK and Canada receive prints in inches, EU in cm. This is for those variants which are listed as inches AND cm in a single variant (as configured using PS listing upload process) I believe that if a single variant lists only cm then that is what is physically printed.
Did I miss anything??
Hey all, have been busy the last few days..... decided to refresh all titles, descriptions and tags across all my listings and didn't anticipate it taking a few days to do them all well (all 160 listings!!). Wouldn't mind a little feedback from the forum if you could spare a couple of minutes..... https://www.etsy.com/shop/BetterHomeGallery Have I missed anything important in the last few days?? I have attempted to put additional amounts back on all listings for US & Elsewhere buyers (+2 & +4) but see it's still not working, is anyone able to update me on that?? TIA

@Helena Herridge that is correct. If your poster isn’t getting the views and clicks, researching your listings SEO and making changes may be needed (unless it’s just not a good product πŸ˜‚)
