Dispatch by date tomorrow but still processing on PS

Hi all,

A recent order which i processed on PS on the 24th Sept still has not shipped. I completely appreciate its been a weekend since then but on etsy i need to "dispatch by 30th Sept". If i dont get tracking tomorrow what do i do apart from raising a case on that PS order? can i mark it as dispatched myself? even though i dont have a valid tracking no.?

Whats the play?
