Hi all, A recent order which i processed on PS on the 24th Sept still has not shipped. I completely appreciate its been a weekend since then but on etsy i need to "dispatch by 30th Sept". If i dont get tracking tomorrow what do i do apart from raising a case on that PS order? can i mark it as dispatched myself? even though i dont have a valid tracking no.? Whats the play? Appreciate it.

I'm a first time poster. I'm not new to Etsy, I actually opened my original shop 12 years ago! I used to make handmade coffee tables mainly but when COVID hit and material prices went through the roof I took a break. The break turned into a family and then I couldn't justify the time away from the family making the tables for the little markup I made on a table anymore. I discovered Tom's brilliant Print Shrimp vids on social media and would love to get some of the side hustle income. I've rebranded the shop. Put up some items created through Ai and illustrator/Photoshop. What I'm struggling with is getting the traffic! It's changed since I put my Etsy shop on hold in 2022. I used to occasionally do a Instagram post but mainly it was driven from Etsy searches for my tables. Hi all. I’ve had a message on Etsy about a large framed print I sold last week. They said that they were disappointed as the listing shows a mainly yellow artwork, however they have said it’s actually “very” orange in person. I’ve asked for pictures but they haven’t sent any yet. Where do I stand with this when I eventually get a reply? Do I just need to prepare myself to refund the full £60? That feels like a lot of money to be out of pocket when I’d hope that the physical prints are as true to colour as possible. Is this an issue with PrintShrimp/whoever printed it and can I claim my expense back at all? For reference it was a A3 frame in Satin, I don’t think satin would be responsible for such a difference in colour. Thanks all.

Hi all, I’m nearly at the 2 full months mark and have about 800 listings. I have been struggling to get views on my listings past the month 1 mark where I’d have thought it would pick up a bit more. I’ve been running Etsy ads for most of month 2. On all my listing. Purely just to get my listing out there a bit more. I’ve not really expected any sales but have had 2 in that time. I’ve obviously seen the views on most of my listing skyrocket and I’m wondering if anyone else has run Etsy ads on only a handful of their most viewed posters in hopes to push them more for sales. I feel like I need to target the ads spend more in this way. I only really want to use ads for a month and then turn them off (or target them to specific high view listing) as it burns through cash by the end of the month. Be interested to hear your thoughts.
