Digital Print request

I have had a customer reach out asking for a digital version of one of my prints (I dont offer digital downloads yet) - I was going to create a listing for this and then let them know its available for purchase, but my file size is too large for Etsy's 20mb cap. Is there an optimal way to reduce file size without reducing the quality for the upload?
