Side hustles
POD is great, but what else is everyone working on that’s worth looking into? I’ve read a bit about KDP and I’ve done Amazon FBA before, although I ran into a few issues with it. I’m really interested in other ways people are using AI to build profitable businesses or side incomes. A couple of ideas I’ve looked at are creating websites for local businesses or building lead-gen websites, but it feels like everyone and their nan is doing that now 😂 What other AI-powered business models or opportunities are you guys having success with, or think are worth exploring right now? Would love to hear what’s actually working for people rather than the usual YouTube “make £10k a month with AI” stuff!

I've been doing AI videos on tiktok (and trying to move them to YT also but very hard on there to get traction) - I have an acc with 45k+ followers from a previous niche I was in and switched to AI explainer videos recently. Brought in an extra £100 in past 2 weeks from creator rewards program. Just takes a lot of time to get the first 10k followers to get paid (I was lucky enough to make a video that got 20m views and got me 10k followers in about 3 days) worth looking into, but tiktok doesn't pay anywhere near as well as it used to.

Mock ups
The classroom video says to make mock-ups by making them. Can I not just use AI to make the mock ups? Any issue with this?

You can use AI to make the mockups, however it can obviously come out looking strange and not how you want. You are best to use mockups that are PSD Files with your image being a ‘Smart Object’ over the top. (You can find videos on youtube how to do this) - or use PrintShrimp’s built in system - you get 5 free each month to use!

Pinterest viable?
Anyone using Pinterest to push engagement to their store? I just started using it and have queued 2 mockups a day for 2 weeks to see how it does. Anyone have any success with it? I understand it’s more for the long term than other social media and won’t get hits instantly, so more curious than anything.

Upscaling / SKU question
Hi all - new seller here. I've uploaded around 70 prints to Etsy in the first week, along with the corresponding images on PrintShrimp (converted the DPI to 300 for them) however I haven't upscaled any images. Is it worth upscaling all images (using something free like Upscayl I assume) or better to leave as is and only upscale once I get a sale for that print? Another question on the same note too - if I did want to upscale all my images, would it be as simple as: 1) Upscale all SKU images 2) Re convert to 300 DPI 3) Delete all SKUs in PrintShrimp 4) Re-upload prints with the exact same SKU name so they match etsy? Thanks for any help!

@Bart Tutaj Yes, thats the DPI converter I use, it was my understanding that this doesn't actually alter the image quality to make it any 'better', its more of an indicator to the printer to print at 300DPI, rather than the original 96DPI ( may have completely misunderstood this from the PrintShrimp videos). Now I have converted all to 6348x8980 px (shown below) - you're saying there is no point using the DPI converter site and isbest to use the Delete Products button and then just reupload all new upscaled image under the same SKU name? Just want to get it done right so thanks for the help :)
