API Newbie Question

I am an older guy (75) who is not a coder and have learned how to create my own ecommerce store with very little money. Using Cloudflare, Supabase, Github, PayPal and Plunk all for free except for the hosting cost of the domain. I tried the API with Prodigi and a 24x36 budget poster cost me approx $30.00 usd. Thank God I found PrintShrimp thru a Deep Seek inquiry. My concern with hosting my own poster site, is the customer page is viewing low rez images of posters. But when the API triggers the sale. I would need a high rez image to send to the printer. Has any one solved that issue? How does etsy handle this issue?
