As long as they’re not gaining weight, they think they’re fine.
But I’m not eating to look good.
I’m eating to PERFORM!
Because when my fuel is clean...
My mind is Clear.
My focus Sharpens.
My energy stays Consistent.
And when it’s not?
Sluggish mornings.
Midday crashes.
Short tempers.
Low drive.
So here’s what I’m committed to:
✅ High protein
✅ Real, whole foods
✅ Water all day
✅ Less sugar. Less processed junk
✅ No cheat meals just because I’m “busy”
Because how I fuel my body is how I Respect my Mission!
