As some of you know, tomorrow is the 4th week since I started my membership. I was wondering if you had any tips on how to increase retention. Its my first membership and I am a bit nervous about finishing tomorrow's class...

Should I ask them to stay?

Should I ask if they got value?

Any special closings for tomorrows class?

Any tips you may have?

As of now, I was only thinking of asking them all for a one-on-one session to ask about any questions, what they thought about the first month... But at the same time, it's 11 hrs of my day to fulfill, so not sure if I want to do that for free.

I did secretly schedule a 2.5hr implementation session with the student that I know has been doing all tasks the same day we have the class... and I will focus in making sure she has everything clear and ready to go, as if it was a "done for you" but the other 10 people do not know about it.

Any advice?
