DAY 5/30 – Funnel Redesign Challenge
Today, I redesigned a Challenge Funnel for a health and performance coach. β€Ž And this funnel had one major problem... β€Ž It was asking people to commit 5 days of their time without clearly showing what they would get from each day of the challenge. β€Ž While the page contained valuable information, there was no countdown timer, no clear start date or time, and no breakdown of what participants would learn during each day of the challenge. β€Ž As a result, visitors had no sense of urgency, no clear understanding of what they were signing up for, and no reason to get excited about joining. β€Ž So I redesigned the funnel to make it more engaging, valuable, and conversion-focused. β€Ž Here's what I changed πŸ‘‡ β€Ž ππ„π…πŽπ‘π„: β€Ž ❌ No countdown timer to create urgency β€Ž ❌ No clear challenge start date or time β€Ž ❌ No day-by-day breakdown showing what participants would learn throughout the 5-day challenge β€Ž ❌ No social proof above the fold to build immediate trust β€Ž ❌ The offer felt less tangible because there was no visual representation of the challenge β€Ž ❌ The copy focused more on information than on creating desire and excitement to join β€Ž 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑: β€Ž βœ… Added a countdown timer along with the challenge date and time β€Ž βœ… Created a clear 5-day curriculum breakdown so visitors know exactly what they'll learn each day β€Ž βœ… Added testimonial-based social proof in the hero section to build instant trust β€Ž βœ… Added more social proof throughout the funnel to strengthen credibility β€Ž βœ… Created a professional challenge mockup to increase perceived value β€Ž βœ… Rewrote the copy using the Hook -> Story -> Offer framework β€Ž βœ… Restructured the page flow to build anticipation and excitement before asking for the registration β€Ž π–π‡π˜ π“π‡πˆπ’ πŒπ€π“π“π„π‘π’: β€Ž Challenge funnels are different from traditional lead generation funnels. β€Ž People aren't just opting in for a PDF or booking a call... β€Ž They're committing multiple days of their time. β€Ž And before making that commitment, they need answers to three questions: β€Ž - When does it start? - What exactly will I learn? - Is this worth my time?

DAY 5/30 – Funnel Redesign Challenge
DAY 4/30 – Funnel Redesign ChallengeΒ
Today, I redesigned a webinar funnel for a beauty business coach. β€Ž And this one had a huge opportunity for improvement… β€Ž Because while the original funnel had valuable information, it lacked the structure, hierarchy, and clarity needed to maximize webinar registrations. β€Ž The page felt generic, the messaging wasn’t creating enough curiosity, and the overall flow wasn’t guiding visitors smoothly toward signing up. β€Ž So I redesigned the funnel to make it cleaner, more strategic, and conversion-focused. Here’s what I changed πŸ‘‡ β€Ž ππ„π…πŽπ‘π„: β€Ž ❌ Weak headline and subheadline that didn’t clearly communicate the benefit or create curiosity β€Ž ❌ The page looked generic and felt like it was heavily AI-generated β€Ž ❌ Important information was difficult to scan quickly, especially on mobile β€Ž ❌ CTA section didn’t stand out enough β€Ž ❌ Trust and authority weren’t positioned strategically β€Ž ❌ The overall page flow felt overwhelming on first glance β€Ž 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑: β€Ž βœ… Created a stronger hero section with a clearer and more compelling value proposition β€Ž βœ… Simplified the layout to improve readability and focus β€Ž βœ… Added better spacing, structure, and visual hierarchy β€Ž βœ… Made the webinar CTA more visible and action-oriented β€Ž βœ… Added strategic trust-building elements throughout the funnel β€Ž βœ… Reorganized the content flow to guide visitors naturally toward registration β€Ž βœ… Upgraded the overall design to feel more premium, modern, and professional β€Ž π–π‡π˜ π“π‡πˆπ’ πŒπ€π“π“π„π‘π’: β€Ž Webinar funnels have one main goal: β€Ž Get the visitor curious and excited enough to register immediately. β€Ž But when the messaging feels unclear, the design looks generic, or the page feels overwhelming… β€Ž People leave before they even understand the value of the webinar. β€Ž A high-converting webinar funnel should: β€Ž - Capture attention instantly - Build curiosity quickly - Communicate the transformation clearly - Build trust fast - Make registration feel like the obvious next step β€Ž So make sure you keep these things in mind when launching your next webinar funnel…

DAY 1/30: Funnel Redesign Challenge
Since I’m currently inside the FBCC Program, I wanted to push myself to become even better at funnel design, messaging, and conversion optimization. β€Ž So for the next 30 days, I’ll be redesigning 30 funnel pages and breaking down exactly what I changed and why. β€Ž Here’s the first redesign πŸ‘‡ β€Ž This one was a Funnel Hub page. β€Ž The page had solid potential, but there were a few key issues that could hurt conversions and create confusion for visitors. β€Ž So here’s what I changed: β€Ž ππ„π…πŽπ‘π„: β€Ž ❌ No clear headline explaining who they help or the result they provide β€Ž ❌ Only CTA was joining a newsletter β€Ž ❌ Messaging felt generic and didn’t speak directly to the audience β€Ž ❌ Layout felt cluttered and hard to scan β€Ž 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑: β€Ž βœ… Added a clear headline + subheadline focused on the target audience and desired outcome β€Ž βœ… Added a stronger CTA button so visitors can easily take the next step β€Ž βœ… Reworked the copy to make the messaging more compelling and benefit-driven β€Ž βœ… Improved the structure with better spacing, margins, and visual hierarchy β€Ž βœ… Refined the overall design to create a cleaner and more professional brand feel β€Ž π–π‡π˜ π“π‡πˆπ’ πŒπ€π“π“π„π‘π’: β€Ž Most funnel pages don’t fail because of traffic… β€Ž They fail because visitors don’t immediately understand: β€Ž - What you do - Who it’s for - What action to take next β€Ž Small changes in messaging, structure, and CTA placement can make a massive difference in conversion rates. β€Ž Would love to hear your thoughts on this redesign πŸ‘‡ β€Ž Cheers, Nitin

DAY 2/30 – Funnel Redesign Challenge πŸš€
Today, I redesigned a Lead Generation Funnel for an RV renovation company. β€Ž The first thing I noticed? β€Ž The company clearly did amazing work… but their lead generation funnel wasn’t positioning them in a way that built trust or generated more quote requests. β€Ž So I decided to redesign the funnel to make it more conversion-focused and aligned with their brand. Here’s what I changed πŸ‘‡ β€Ž ππ„π…πŽπ‘π„: β€Ž ❌ No clear focus on generating RV renovation quote requests β€Ž ❌ Outdated design that didn’t reflect the quality of their work β€Ž ❌ Weak messaging that wasn’t speaking directly to their ideal customers β€Ž ❌ No objection handling or trust-building elements β€Ž ❌ Their transformations weren’t showcased effectively β€Ž 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑: β€Ž βœ… Reorganized the funnel to make quote requests the main focus β€Ž βœ… Added a lead magnet to provide upfront value and capture leads β€Ž βœ… Redesigned the funnel with a cleaner layout, better spacing, and stronger branding β€Ž βœ… Rewrote the headline, subheadline, and CTAs to make the messaging more compelling β€Ž βœ… Added an FAQ section to handle objections and build trust β€Ž βœ… Created a dedicated section to showcase their RV transformations in a more engaging way β€Ž βœ… Added a β€œWhy Choose Us” section to highlight what makes them different β€Ž π–π‡π˜ π“π‡πˆπ’ πŒπ€π“π“π„π‘π’: β€Ž A lead generation funnel has one job: Turn visitors into qualified leads. β€Ž But if the messaging is unclear, the CTA is weak, or the funnel doesn’t build enough trust… People leave without taking action. β€Ž That’s why every section inside the funnel should move the visitor one step closer to requesting a quote, booking a call, or becoming a lead. β€Ž Sometimes, improving conversions isn’t about adding more… β€Ž It’s about creating more clarity, better positioning, and a smoother user experience. β€Ž Would love to hear your thoughts on this redesign πŸ‘‡ β€Ž Cheers Nitin

Today, I redesigned a Funnel Hub for a business growth coach. . The original page had valuable information…. . @Ryan Swayt the most important things to tweak in terms of funnel design is visual hierarchy making the important things stand out clearly... like the headline, sub headline or CTA button. It’s done using the right size, colors, spacing, contrast, and layout.
