Did you know that emotions are stored in our bodies if we don't properly release them?
Did you also know that when emotions are stacked up over time, it can actually make us physically ill?
I have been studying the science behind this, and there is a lot of research out there!
Our bodies are fascinating how they work symbiotically with our minds, our emotions, and our spirits. Each part of the physical body actually holds onto specific emotions and thoughts.
By applying some emotional releasing techniques, you may help yourself prevent illness, depression, anxiety, and free yourself from being "Stuck" in the same rut.
When it comes to managing your emotions, we know that there are certain key factors that go into this. We know that feelings come before thoughts, but our consistent thoughts over time train our feelings.
Annie Grace teaches that a feeling happens 7 seconds before a thought, that means you have time to interrupt the feeling and insert a POSITIVE thought in place of your typical negative thoughts.
And changing your thoughts over time will, in fact, change your "PREDOMINANT MOOD," as Elsie Lincoln Benedict puts it.
Why is it so important to change my thoughts???
Because what we focus on and think about programs our ELEPHANT (subconscious mind), which, in effect, programs all of our actions and where we will end up in our lives.
Here is how I like to put it:
Change your thoughts --> Change your feelings ---> Change your beliefs --> Change your actions --> Change your patterns --> Change your habits --> Change your life
It is vital to your success as an entrepreneur, as a partner, as a parent, as a human, to understand your own emotions, where they are coming from, and how to change them to become the director of your own life.
So my friends, I wanted to share this series to help you understand some cool ways that you can be the one who trains your elephant, you can be the director of your own mind, the captain of your soul, the master of your own fate.
