In the world of design and building, "Scope Creep" is the enemy. If you don't have a plan, you will spend Monday tweaking colors and fonts instead of building assets. ​Amateurs tweak. Pros ship. To ship fast, you need a blueprint. ​We don't walk into the editor on Monday without a wireframe. And we don't walk into the week without a schedule. ​DAY 7 TASK: The Build Sprint Plan ​Map your production schedule. ​The Deliverable: What exactly must be finished by Friday? (e.g., "The Sales Page V2 is live"). ​The Asset List: What assets do you need to create/gather tomorrow morning so you don't get stuck?
