Everyone wants BIG RESULTS…
But most people ignore the small decisions that create them.
They’ll set massive goals…
Then hit snooze.
Let their routine slip.
Scroll instead of move.
Say “I’ll start tomorrow.”
But here’s the truth:
Discipline doesn’t start with the big moments…
It’s forged in the small ones.
The decision to drink water instead of grabbing another coffee.
The choice to move instead of sit still.
To fuel with intention instead of eating whatever’s easy.
To train when no one’s watching.
To take the walk instead of making the excuse.
Those small decisions?
They stack.
They shape who you are.
And over time, they create someone unshakable.
For me, the Body Pillar isn’t just about fitness.
It’s about becoming a man who follows through.
Who respects his energy, his body, and his mission.
Even when it’s inconvenient...
ESPECIALLY when it’s INCONVENIENT!
