I think I have good knowledge about Google ads and I want to have hands-on experience like managing accounts should I consider getting a job?

I'm a photographer & own a photo studio. I offer my "services" on my website and folks can purchase their shoots from there. Is that considered "Lead generation" or "E-commerce" when I'm setting up the campaigns. And, how can I specifically target the actually "click" to a specific sale? I have the same questions for a DaySpa that my wife owns, and we are now doing ads for it. Is it lead gen or e-commerce when clients are booking their services from the site?

Is there a good way to determine if a change to an audience signal impacted performance. I am taking over some new campaigns an they are seeing an uptick in performance the last 3 weeks or so. They did update some audience signals and they are wanting to know if there is a way to pin point it was the audience change in the PMax campaigns that is contributing to the uptick.
