YouTube Ad: Audience Segments

When I set up my Ad, I created an Audience, which could have several segments (if I remember correctly). I basically added 4 keywords (Figma, Notion, Discord, Webflow). These are web apps, so I'm targeting people interested in these things.

Are these similar to keywords? I think these are logically ORs (Figma OR Notion OR Discord OR Webflow). Is it possible to do a logical AND (Figma AND Notion And Discord AND Webflow)?
