Bid decrease capped at 90%
I am trying to apply a bid adjustment of -100% to exclude an audience. So, I attempt to decrease the bid by 100%, but I receive an error message saying, "Value is lower than required minimum value."
Apparently, the maximum decrease allowed is 90%.
However, I can increase the bid by 100% without any issue. I am facing the same problem when trying to exclude weekends by applying a 100% decrease.
Is this correct?
