Wow this is a fantastice approach.๐Ÿ’ช. I can see you not only have intent to hit hard but you want to destroy the ball.๐Ÿ’ฅ. You also do a great job of rotating your hips when you are in the air. For week 2 I want you to focus on getting the middle of the chest and shoulders open to the right sideline. Work on this in your Seated Exercise, then Standing Throw/Hit, and finally take it to the air with your Jump Throw/Hit.
