Hey AN. Great swing.👍. Fantastic from the start getting down in that athletic stance. Your rotation of the hips help you get great arm speed and landing on 2 feet belly button to the left antenna. Continue working on that arm position in the air. I'd like to see it more down and back so its gets your chest and shoulders open more to the right sideline. Hey ZJ. Welcome and lets get started.🤜 Wow your doing some very high level things for your first swing. And doing all of it while tossing the ball youself, not easy to do.👏. I think it will help you for the first couple of weeks to have a hook to hit off of. Or try and get someone to toss for you. However I like how you hit this ball with a self toss so if your comfortable give it a try yourself first then make a decision. For next week your focus is getting the middle of the chest and shoulders to open more. Try and get them to point to the rigtht sideline.
