Hey ZJ. Welcome and lets get started.π€ Wow your doing some very high level things for your first swing. And doing all of it while tossing the ball youself, not easy to do.π. I think it will help you for the first couple of weeks to have a hook to hit off of. Or try and get someone to toss for you. However I like how you hit this ball with a self toss so if your comfortable give it a try yourself first then make a decision. For next week your focus is getting the middle of the chest and shoulders to open more. Try and get them to point to the rigtht sideline.
