Difficulty Downloading Certificate
I have completed my course module on data security and Data model in the classroom but when I tried downloading my certificate I Could not. It was buffering for over thirty minutes but would not download. I clear my cache on my laptop and switch from Microsoft edge to google chrome but it still didn't work. I have also logged out and log back in .can it be sorted from your end please. Image is attached. Thank you
