Starting An Excavation Business?
I'll be joining Andy Garrett @bluecollarandy inside his Dirt Crew Excavation Skool Group
if any of you want to build Excavation specific businesses, The Dirt Crew could be a good Skool gruop for you to participate in as well.
Andy focuses all of his Skool content on helping Excavation business owners
My main goal in this whole process is to make sure you get the help you need to grow your business
if you're focusing on Excavation strictly, then Andy's group could be a good option for you
I've hosted Andy on the podcast and also check in with him on a consistent basis
His company is doing about $6mm per year with Garrett Excavating and I agree with a lot of the principles that Andy teaches
he has been a sound friend to go to for advice as he understands how to go win excavating jobs all the way from residential foundations all the way up to large govt. projects
I've learned a lot from him and have enjoyed getting to know him!
