Keyword market search

I listened to the OWNR podcast "The Best Land Clearing Markets..." and were talking about the 2500/10 competitors to get an idea of the market in your area. I tried searching how to do this, but in order to get actual number (vs. REALLY rough estimate), and a specific location (vs.just the U.S or the entire state), I'm not finding much unless I run ads on Google and am not ready for that yet. Does anyone know how to get more detailed info on number of searches for "forestry mulching" and for my geographical location? Any info would be much appreciated! (great podcast by the way)
