Ads will not spend.

Hey guys, I started an ad campaign from my business portfolio (not under my Facebook name like my first campaign). Now my ads won't spend. Everything looks perfect... but no spend. Been calling and chatting with META now for about 36hrs and no luck so far. They are saying it's a payment verification issue on their end (looks fine on my end), some internal bug. Anybody ever had this problem before and what methods were used to fix it?

have you heard of this? There's almost a thousand of us in here, so maybe someone has seen this.
