Help with post recovery - suggestions?
12 marathons in and out the past 3 after injury/some issues with arthritis. My last race my joints felt fine, aside from the heat I felt great. I’ve been doing some mild PT style lifting since my finish last week but when do I get back into running? When do I get back to normal lifting? It never seems like the right time either too soon or too late!
