Yesterday’s Alignment

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Tracy, for yesterday’s session and for everyone who was present in this circle 🙏

For the first time since his physical passing, I felt my grandfather’s energy during the session.I felt it so strongly that I wondered if he was actually in the room with me. It’s a grief I had never really had the space to process before, and I wasn’t even aware of that.

Then something happened that is hard to put into words: I saw my grandmother (I was raised by my grandparents), who passed away almost exactly a year ago, and I embodied her body for a few minutes — I saw myself through her eyes, when she was still alive.I saw how she perceived me, and for the first time in my life, I felt all the love she had for me and the place I held in her heart.

It moved me deeply and I’m still integrating everything today

Interesting fact: my Oura ring is showing today that I reached my highest nervous system regulation score ever - so grateful for this space ❤️
