Wow Just Wow, this week's call was on fire as usual. I love to do past life heck I love all of this bahaha. for me mostly on this call was me crossing over into the field of sunflowers, i felt free, safe, happy like i was flying. I have reflected a lot on this the past few days. Recently I have found ive been back to my old ways living in hypervigilance watching over my back trying tell myself I was safe but inside was saying another thing(It hurt, unsafe, they can see I'm not right) I still worked held space for others all the while hoping they couldn't tell i was breaking inside. TRIGGERS AND TRIGGERED I knew this was why i was feeling this way and I'm thankful and grateful for all the work we have been doing to become regulated, I knew the feelings, i knew where and what and why they were coming up but didn't make it any easier to ride through. So after finding myself in a field of sunflowers I feel I was shown that I am safe, seen and held truly. I feel not triggered as I was. I feel so much stronger today. Yes a redo is calling.
