I was thinking this morning about when I first fell into this spiritual world. god. it was so disorienting. like I thought I was signing up to learn things and instead everything I thought I knew started coming apart in my hands. and no one really tells you that part. they tell you about the light and the expansion and they don't tell you about the weird shaky middle bit where you're questioning literally everything, including yourself. and I'm seeing it so much right now. so many of you coming through on calls with this look in your eyes that I recognise so deeply because I've been there. that "wait, is any of what I believed even real" feeling. I just want to say. you're not doing it wrong. the unlearning IS the learning. it's meant to feel a bit unstable because something old is making room. and it's shaky because it matters. and you don't have to do it alone in your room at 2am googling things. that's the whole reason the Harmony Hub exists. so you have somewhere to land while the ground is moving. somewhere people get it. you're so loved. you're so held. even on the days it doesn't feel like it. ok that's all. just needed you to know. So I was off today and missed that there was a time change with the call this month and showed up an hour late. Since I had the time set aside I decided to pick a recording to watch. It did not disappoint. I chose the August PM call becuase of my time zone I would not make that one in person. It was so interesting what came up for me. I saw a darkness in my sacral area (womb specifically) and asked why it was there, and got shame. I then worked on releasing it and clearing it out until was pink again. Then similar in the heart, except it was resentment and anger. I cleared it out until it was a soft pink color. It felt really good to release it.

This morning’s Spinal Energetics Alignment took us on a deep dive through Light Language, energy, frequency and playing in the cosmos. But with these deeper activations, grounding is just as important as expanding. We can journey, open, activate and explore, but we also need to come back into the body, into the earth, into ourselves.
