Just want to share a moment of gratitude 🤍

I came across Tracy’s Spinal Energetics videos a little over a year ago, and I remember how deeply it inspired me to go further in my own healing journey and explore this work on a deeper level.

Seeing the way she guided group sessions and held space for so many people really stayed with me.

So to now be in a position where I’m stepping into my first small group session… I’m having a full circle moment.

I didn’t force it or try to figure it all out, it just naturally came together… and that alone feels really aligned.

Just really grateful for the inspiration, the growth, and where this path is leading 🤍
