Today is about reconnecting with the one place that has never lied to you: your body’s yes, your body’s no, and your body’s wisdom beneath both.
When your nervous system is dysregulated, your intuition feels chaotic.When your nervous system is stable, intuition becomes unmistakably clear.
Today we attune to that.
DAY TWO PRACTICE —
“The Body Compass”
A 7-minute presence practice to locate your inner truth.
- Rise or sit tall. Close your eyes.Let your spine lengthen without force.
2. Bring your awareness into the centre of your chest.Imagine a small, warm light glowing there.
3.Ask quietly within “Show me what a YES feels like in my body.” Don’t think. Just feel. Notice: does YES feel expansive? open? warm? lifted? tingly?
4. Ask:“Show me what a NO feels like.”Maybe it contracts.Maybe it drops.Maybe it tightens.
5. Now, place one current life question into your chest-space:“What do I need today?”OR“Where am I leaking energy?”OR“What truth am I avoiding?”
6. Observethe body’s response before the mind interrupts.This is your compass.This is where clarity speaks first.
What did your YES feel like today? And what did your NO reveal?”
