I wanna increase my 90 degree hspus to 3-4 clean ones and eventually start training planche. What intensity should I train at?? I can do 1-2, 3 with okay form on a good day. I’ve heard that doing sets of 1-2 reps isn’t ideal for increasing reps so should I do more reps of easier progression like deep HSPU. Also wondering if training planche directly will help my 90 degree hspus and I can just stop training it specifically.
