Was inspired to do my 4 P's
Can I get some feedback on mine? I was inspired! Person: The high-achieving, emotionally exhausted caregiver who has spent their whole life being useful to everyone else — and forgot what it feels like to actually choose themselves. Problem:They are so practiced at functioning through exhaustion that when they finally stop, rest feels unfamiliar, even uncomfortable — and the feelings that were waiting for them show up all at once. Promise: You don't have to overhaul your life to start feeling human again — you just have to stop being last on your own list. Process: I have a few offerings!! Join me for One Caring Moment, a free live masterclass rooted in Dr. Jean Watson's Caring Science and Lifestyle Medicine where I use somatic breathwork, HeartMath, energy healing, and Story Medicine to help emotionally exhausted people come back to themselves — body, mind, heart, and soul. Four Caring Moments With Yourself is a 4-session live program rooted in Dr. Jean Watson's Caring Science and Lifestyle Medicine where somatic breathwork, HeartMath, energy healing, and Story Medicine help emotionally exhausted people come back to themselves — body, mind, heart, and soul. HeartForged is an 8-week live program rooted in Dr. Jean Watson's Caring Science and Lifestyle Medicine where I use somatic breathwork, HeartMath, energy healing, and Story Medicine to help emotionally exhausted people come back to themselves — body, mind, heart, and soul.

@Micah Walker thank you! I'm going to zero in on that and report back ✨
podcast on self entitlement (the good kind)
This podcast has become one of my favorites. Just listened to her most recent after my call with Michael and woof I love when a podcast or song just hits at the perfect time, and this one is one of them. One of my favorite lines from this one “the time is now to trust yourself, to live the life of your dreams, to fully taste the deliciousness” She is such a poetic & empowering speaker. I feel the words she speaks could really align and inspire some people in this space with the work we are all exploring and diving into. Let me know your thoughts! 🌞 https://open.spotify.com/episode/44pts5ofjOWCqj8jVX6PE7?si=M3yKFyvBSvyitrOW0I61QA

@Savanah Vasile the title is absolute perfection bc I think about it all the time
Offer clarity and feedback 😄
Hey everyone! I've been working on clarifying my 4 P's and and would love some feedback. Person: women, stuck in survival mode, disconnected from their bodies, look'fine’ externally but feel empty, emotionally exhausted Problem: feels disconnected from her body and identity, doesn't recognize herself, emotionally overthinks or shuts down, once peace but doesn't know how to slow down safely Promise: support women and peeling back the layers, changing survival patterns, finding inner peace and trust, and discovering the woman they're meant to be Process (this is not done super in depth yet): RETURN Method Restore the body Examine the masks Trust yourself again Uncover Inner Strength Reclaim your identity Nourish your new life My thought is to turn this into either a 6 or 12 week program, weekly either group sessions or one-on-one for a combination of both, also considering offering it in person. In a nutshell: I help overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, exhausted, and disconnected women reconnect to their peace, strength, and inner trust through my RETURN method so they can show up powerfully and whole for themselves, regain control of their lives, and live with purpose and passion. My biggest personal block right now: wrestling with fear myself and feeling like I don't know enough to actually host a program like this and to support women in self-discovery, growth, and healing.

Totally in this boat! We serve the same group of people! Since the sandbox, I fell down an AI rabbit hole and will be getting my feet wet with group coaching bc I have not done and want to see if I even like it!
just sum thots
hey y'all! hope your MDW is rockin and rollin :) I've been thinking for the past few months about how to make my 9-5 a side quest and keep prioritizing coaching as my main thing. It's been a helpful reframe and helps to bring me out of feeling overwhelmed when I think about the journey ahead. Instead of seeing it as delulu, I'm realizing this mindset makes sense bc my day job doesn't actually occupy much of my brain space. It pays my bills and keeps me humble and for that, I'm grateful. I felt this way initially at the very beginning when I enrolled in my nurse coaching course (as in, day job = side quest). And since the end of March, that reframe has been sticking with me again. I think it's also been helpful for me to just explore my creative pursuits in food styling bc I am lucky enough to collab w local friends routinely. Their friendship is such a gift! They (and all of y'all in this space) teach me to be brave. Encourage me. Call me higher. Give me a pep talk. Tell me to keep being creative and sharing my ideas. Tell me to stop bein a weenie by getting in my own gd way 😤 and also to give myself agrace. They love me well and show me the path forward and that it's not all so big bad and scary after all. not fully sure where i'm goin with these thoughts.. but curious to know if this mindset/reframe is true for anyone else? It's def helped me feel unstuck too which is cool. Everything is a lesson. Like @Micah Walker says- win or learn!!! Bless you guysssss <3

Maze of finding my dream
Helloooo! Just saw @Joy Bhatti post this past week on insta looking for some clients! Shoutout to you Joy, it has been so fun to grow in this field together and just want to say i felt so much inspo and energy from that post. I loved how authentic and clear it felt. It has me in this ideation and movement phase of taking steps for my biz. Thank you!! With that said, I am really in the works with exploring and understanding who I want to serve / who is my ideal client. I feel really drawn to women's health and wellness, supporting women through life shifts; physically (menses, menopause, hormones, etc.) and mental/life transitions (career, purpose, new mother, empty nester, etc). I love the idea of supporting one on one through virtual or in person sessions, as well as I have been dreaming a lot about how I would love to build out curated community events where i collab with likeminded souls (yoga instructors, healthcare workers, nutritionist, sound bath, tarot readers, librarians, etc) to create a grounding and intentional space for women to get together and have a theme that I can provide education or discussion around (nutrition, herbs, movement, mindfullness, etc). As I feel drawn to this space a couple things keep popping up. One although I am a woman and work in healthcare, there is this knowledge gap that I yearn to become more confident in that I feel like I need in order to support my clients. Also I find it hard to get more clear or specific on my "client profile" more than this and defining the result/solution I could provide? Because my mind just goes to something simple like feeling grounded and empowered in our bodies and choices (which i believe leads to health & wellness whether that be weight loss, decrease in anxiety, menopausal sx relief etc). I also think is that a result people would really want? Anyways this is a maze of thoughts I have had swirling in my head so thought I would see what peoples thoughts are. how have you maneuvered this part of the journey to find clarity? what are ways you have helped grow your own education in order to be a stronger coach? how have you supported your mind in imposter syndrome (which I think some of this stems from)? Welcome any and all reflections and feedback!
