The season to Pause…

Today I was on a call with the vibe tribe, it was so affirming that I don’t have to hustle 365 days a year. That I can just integrate after my holiday to Costa Rica, this was the first time where I just logged off for over a week.

I didn’t touch my phone, check anything (I lost my flame 🔥 but that’s okay) I came home to myself.

I feel calm, no sense of urgency, no rush to do more or say yes to anything. It feels so right to just sit with my thoughts and reminisce in my experience. I know I will be better for it.
