Vegan yoghurt bark squares with 🍌+πŸ₯œ
I needed to use up some leftovers so I made this:
Had 3 things left..bit of soy yoghurt, bit of peanut butter and 1/4 small banana...made this:
Vegan yoghurt bark squares topped with 🍌 + πŸ₯œ butter!!!

  1. Take a silicon mould.
  2. In a small bowl, mix vegan yougurt with some kind of sweetener if you like that hey (I used 1 teaspoon vanilla stevia.) Cause my soy yoghurt is unsweetened.
  3. Divide what you have between the cavities of your mold.
4.Top with a banana slice and push in the middle.
5. I put my more solid pb in the microwave to get a bit softer.. in a small ramekin I whisked in some soy milk. Mix through. I added dollops of the pb to each square+ pushed it a bit into the vanilla sweetened yoghurt.
6. Put in the freezer for at least a few hours or until firm. When you wanna eat them, unmold and wait a few minutes..yummy and not so sweet..it stopped my craving...win win..πŸ™ƒπŸ™‚πŸ˜‚..but they melt easily...a bit messy to get them in your mouth..haha! πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‹
