This morning I'm doing a workshop at this beautiful outdoor sculpture museum called Grounds for Sculpture. I've done several workshops for them in the last couple of years, and I always join in on their Wellness Walk right before my workshop.
I'll be sharing about immune boosting foods, and then we'll do some juicing! Wish me luck. 💕
