March Focus: Accountability Thread
We’re starting something new this month. An accountability thread!
If you want March to actually move the needle for you, don’t just think about what you want to work on. Declare it and share it with us, because we're all friends here and want to help each other succeed. Think about what you want to focus on this month. Keep your focus specific and simple at the same time. I've included a template and some examples below.

If you’re not sure what to pick, here are some examples:
• Drink 60 oz of water daily before 6pm
• One high-protein plant-based breakfast every weekday
• 10 minutes of walking after dinner
• In bed by 10:30pm on weeknights
• Meal plan every Sunday before 3pm
• Add one serving of greens to lunch
• No scrolling in bed
• Strength training 2x this week
• Prep chia pudding every Sunday
• Eat a fiber-focused lunch instead of grabbing something random
