β€’ 1 cup frozen mango
β€’ 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
β€’ 1 tsp turmeric
β€’ 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground)
β€’ Pinch of black pepper (activates the turmeric!)
