Today's recipe is one of my all-time favorites, and the color alone is worth making it:

β’ 1 frozen banana
β’ 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
β’ 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
β’ Optional: handful of spinach or kale
Mixed berries are one of the most antioxidant-dense foods on the planet, which means this smoothie is actively fighting inflammation with every sip.
