Radiant Prosperity Trauma Therapy

Objective: What is being created? - Create a thriving online Skool for men to achieve the life of their DESIRE Measure: What is the measure of success? - Becoming Brothers Academy will have 5,000 members, with 1,000 paying members - 10 video courses - 2 Free monthly calls - 2+ Paid monthly calls - Bi-weekly podcast episodes Vision: The experience from having accomplished the Objective - Becoming Brothers Academy is a thriving community, with an air of prestige and excellence. Members are eager and committed to participating in the calls and the online forum. They refer their friends and colleagues in hopes to uplift the lives of those around them. It is a place where men are inspired by the transformational culture that is being co-created. - Becoming Brothers is a platform for our personal and creative expression where we share our unique ideas and vision with an engaged and dedicated audience. Every week we find new ways to add deeper value, refine the vision, deepen and expand our impact, and establishing meaningful, long term relationships with members. - Becoming Brothers runs in-person initiation focused retreats within and along side 10 month coaching programs. - Becoming Brothers is a consistent source of invitation and inspiration for content creation, including video courses, podcast episodes and books, guided by questions directly from members. Rewards 🎉
Rewards are one of the most overlooked parts of making a Project. Last call we discussed their importance and some strategies for implementing them. 1. Scale - Make the reward proportionate to the action or milestone 2. Alignement - Make the reward aligned with your project. It doesn't have to be related, but don't make your rewards break your budget if your project is to save money. 3. Incentive - If there is something that you want to buy, do, or experience, make it the reward for an action or milestone that you are aiming for. Don't PREWARD... always REWARD. Delay the gratification until after you have achieved your task or target. Lets help each other out. What are some of the rewards that you have in your project? Context Update
Since our group call last week, I've felt more curiosity in conversations to understand other peoples' contexts or beliefs in interactions. Within a key project (eLearning Mindfulness course), I've become more aware to understand that's there's a belief driving the challenging feelings of frustrations or stalled energy in myself. Here's one belief I want to work with and share: 1. Belief – “No one fully understands my value” 2. Actions - Do all the work on my own, shut off external channels. Don’t trust others, don’t collaborate and I don’t share deeper work or work-in-progress 3. Impact (World it creates and what does it make me believe about myself?) A world of isolation. Feelings of frustration with dead-ends or half-completed projects. Leading me to feeling like I'm unworthy to connect with others. Not even giving anyone a chance to understand my value.

Project Outline - eLearning Course for mindful leadership
Creating a separate thread for my project outline for tracking purposes. Have a 4-min video for my own personal gain by getting some reps in with speaking into the space too. One of the main projects I've been prioritizing has been creating an e-learning course. It's a mindfulness course designed for corporate/business environment built around guiding others toward emotional awareness & stronger energetic alignment. Objective: Build a bridge of consciousness from the spiritual world back to corporate environments. Targeting aspiring leaders that have felt out of place or limited by rigid structures and conditioning (introverts, empaths, or new leaders without clarity in the direction of their presence) Measurement - Launch e-learning course onto Udemy by March 31st, 2026 1. Self-edit and re-write script (in progress)   - December 5th 2. First pass of visuals & key bullets that align to script - December 12th 3. Partner with video e-learning producer - January 2nd, 2026 4. Complete video & audio recordings - January 30th 5. Finalize editing and final production - February 27th 6. Marketing drip campaign into LinkedIn - March 6th 7. Partner with Fiverr influencer for promotional run - March 13th 8. Launch e-learning mindfulness course onto Udemy - March 31stfor Actions - 2 hours/day across: re-writing script, first pass of visuals, and finding production partners as near-term actions. Rewards: Short-term = decadent dessert ; medium-term (next month's) = full day open to do what I feel ; long-term = international travel for breathwork or YIN Yoga training
