Diverse Income Project Plan
Objective:
- To work close to home and for myself more often
Measurement:
- I know what and where everything is in my storage spaces
- I meditate 4 times per week for min. 20 minutes
- Being organized and grounded creates space to enthusiasticly underake more independent work, maintaining a fund from which to pay for surprise bills, property projects and fun adventures.
Vision:
- I have an organized schedule, vehicle and garage from which I salvage used appliances, help homeowners in my community renovate and improve their homes, and maintain healthy comfort systems - on-top of my role as a respected and reliable technical director for a high-end HVAC outfit.
Key Milestones:
- 20% of my monthly income is self-procured
- Have a clear, organized garage space set-up for self-employment work or repairing used appliances by Fathers Day
- Have advertising in place around my community (namely street signs and message boards) by Easter
First Steps:
- Design and order new business cards and a choroplast sign for the end of the driveway
- Empty garage, purge junk, build shelves, organize tools and parts
Rewards:
- Moroccan chandelier for study
- Meditation or wellness retreat
- Tablet for work
- Festival swag
- International vacation
