Curve change
So I recently switched from a p92 curve to a p28 and am struggling to shoot lower. Any tips?
Nutrition that converts to fuel quickly
Okay so nutrition for a 10.5 year old is often a struggle as it fluctuates so much from an adults needs. Currently my son is a rock star athlete. He plays baseball, football and hockey in the winter and spring. I’ve heard magnesium is good so he has one a day (deffinantly on game and practice days) and dried fruit, granola bars, protein bars, pretzels and beef jerky as a snack between 2nd and 3rd when they get a break. After games and practices I heard Chocolate milk is a great option for protein and recovery but I’m wondering if there’s different snack combos that work great together and offer some variety Also is he too young to be drinking protein drinks on a regular basis. I mean the dry powder that I’d blend up with extra heathy fruits

Stick taping
Hi, does anyone have any tips or tricks for taping the stick, particularly for taping the toe, thank you!
Set back
I just recently broke my toes while dirt biking and I'm really disappointed because the season is just starting up with multiple tournaments that I'm going to miss. But I still want to train and not fall behind while recovering. Do you guys have any workouts that would work for me?
